"Overall a great experience. The Captain was engaging and made the experience enjoyable. There was a "deck mate" of sorts who helped with everything else. He also was an aspiring photographer, and we got upsold in the end on the pictures he took. It was fun, and we did it, but would have been nice for that to have either been included, or to have been given the option with clear up-front price before reserving the experience. Also the only alcohol they had aboard was local beer, and vodka. We preferred rum. To their credit, they took a detour to find us some rum after we were already aboard. We would do it again, but would ask more questions up front knowing what we know now."

Is there good snorkeling in Punta Cana?
Punta Cana has plenty of coral reef for snorkeling. You'll see plenty of tropical fish, starfish and possibly stingrays and sea turtles. Although snorkeling in Punta Cana isn't considered "world-renowned" it's a fun experience for the novice snorkeler.
What is a catamaran?
Most boats and yachts in Punta Cana used for excursions are technically catamarans. A catamaran is a water vessel with two equal sized hulls underneath, otherwise known as a dual hull catamaran. Nearly all catamarans in Punta Cana are dual hull with a few being tri-hull.
How long do you snorkel for?
Snorkeling lasts for 45 minutes and it's the first stop on the tour. Once snorkeling is done, the bar is open!
How long do we stay at the natural swimming pool?
You'll have about an hour to enjoy the natural swimming pool. They'll be music, snacks and drinks in this amazing Caribbean setting.
What food and drink is served onboard?
We serve nachos, salsa and fresh fruit along with water, beer, rum and soda from the bar.
