Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Caribbean Dream LLC, doing business as Punta Cana Tours ("we", "us"). By using this website and booking any tour or transfer, you confirm you've read and accept these terms.

Booking & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars. When you book, you authorise us to charge your card for the tour or transfer you selected. For reservations made more than 3 days in advance, you may choose to reserve now and pay later — see our Risk-Free Guarantee for details.

Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel any tour or transfer up to 24 hours before departure or pickup for a full refund. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Full details are on our Risk-Free Guarantee page.

Assumption of risk

Tours and activities are, by their nature, adventurous, and involve inherent risks — including physical exertion, water, wildlife, weather, equipment, transport, and terrain. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

It's your responsibility to make sure you're healthy and able to take part in the activities you book, and to carry any travel documents and insurance you need. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Punta Cana Tours, its owners and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation in any tour, transfer, or activity booked through us. You take part at your own risk.

Events beyond our control

We're not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control — including weather, acts of nature, strikes, government action, illness, or transport disruptions.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Dominican Republic.

Acceptance

By completing a booking you confirm you're at least 18 years old and agree to these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.
